Federico M. Rossi, is a Humboldt Senior Fellow at the German Institute of Global and Area Studies (GIGA) in Hamburg and a Research Professor of CONICET at the School of Politics and Government of the National University of San Martín, Argentina. Rossi received his Ph.D. in Political and Social Sciences from the European University Institute in Florence.
