Scott F. Madey is Emeritus Professor of Psychology at Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania. He has taught courses in the history of psychology, multicultural health psychology, the social psychology of aging, and the psychology of music. Along with his academic career, he has played professionally and semiprofessionally throughout the United States. He plays the French horn, alto horn, and guitar and is currently involved in the local community concert band, swing band, German band, and a jazz duo.
