Patrick Bayer is a Senior Lecturer in International Relations in the School of Government & Public Policy and Chancellor’s Fellow in the Centre for Energy Policy at the University of Strathclyde. His research focuses on international cooperation and the political economy of environmental regulation and energy policy.
