Jane Timmons-Mitchell, Ph.D., is Senior Research Associate, Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education at Case Western Reserve University’s social work school, the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. A clinical child psychologist, Dr. Timmons-Mitchell is also Associate Clinical Professor of Psychology, Department of Psychiatry, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and a Faculty Associate of the Schubert Center. Dr. Timmons-Mitchell received her bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude with Honors in Psychology from Wellesley College, and her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Psychology and Clinical Psychology from Case Western Reserve University.
